Commercial space valuation covers a broad asset class and usually includes street retail units, shopping centers and standalone stores such as supermarkets, department stores or home-improvement superstores.

For all three major categories above, valuation reports are prepared by experienced ANEVAR valuers from our in-house team in Bucharest and Timișoara, as well as by our partner valuers. The report can be used for lending, taxation, internal purposes or transaction support.

The price of valuing commercial spaces varies significantly depending on the type of property and its gross built area. In the case of shopping centers, the number of tenants also influences the fee, as these assets are typically analyzed through the income capitalization method.
