It is commonly requested for loan security and transactions.

ANEVAR-certified valuers assess equipment in accordance with the standards for valuing movable assets, including GEV 620 – Valuation of movable assets such as machinery, equipment, installations and inventories.

The price of equipment valuation is calculated based on the hours allocated by the ANEVAR-certified valuer to complete the entire process that results in the final report.

Fees are lower for common movable assets or categories with a well-defined market, such as vehicles and IT equipment.

For complex industrial, energy or agricultural installations, the valuation fee is significantly higher.

Indicative prices for equipment valuation, for both lending and financial reporting, range between RON 450 and RON 1,150 + VAT per asset.

For large portfolios of movable assets, Activ Property Services offers discounts of up to 30% compared with the price for a single asset, which can also be combined with reductions for recurring valuations.
