The price offered by Activ Property Services for an agricultural land valuation report ranges between RON 1,450 + VAT and RON 14,950 + VAT, depending on area and degree of consolidation. Land valuations always include a site inspection by our valuers.

The land valuation report uses the market approach to estimate market value, namely the sales comparison method. This is the method most frequently used by our certified valuers because it provides the highest accuracy for this asset type.
