House Valuation

As in the case of apartments, house valuation is most often used for obtaining a bank loan, carrying out a transaction or declaring the taxable value of the building, and it can only be performed by an ANEVAR-certified valuer.

Within a house valuation report, the valuer analyzes the land and the building together, along with location, usable area, finish quality and market evidence.

A house-and-land valuation report is generally based on the sales comparison method and is used by all our ANEVAR valuers, as well as by our real estate valuation experts.
