Highest and Best Use Analysis (HBU)

Highest and Best Use analysis is applicable both to existing buildings and to future projects that can be developed on land suitable for real estate development.

As defined by the National Association of Authorized Valuers in Romania, ANEVAR, this analysis identifies the reasonably probable, legally permissible, physically possible, financially feasible and maximally productive use of a property.
