Valuing villa-type residential properties, just like apartments, is most commonly used for obtaining a bank loan, carrying out a transaction, or determining the taxable value of the building for commercial use. Such a valuation may only be prepared by an ANEVAR-certified valuer.

For a home together with the related land, the most widely used valuation method is the sales comparison approach. This method is used by all our ANEVAR valuers, both in-house and partner valuers.
