Solar Park Valuation

As with wind farms, in the valuation of a photovoltaic park the valuer focuses primarily on the park’s financial performance in order to build a forecast model based on previous sales history. The valuer also analyzes installed capacity and admitted grid capacity in order to estimate the maximum electricity output that can be marketed.

Photovoltaic parks are usually valued for lending or internal purposes.
